Rantigo is the first one stop business needs online marketplace. Any Freelancer Services, Workspace, Transport Rental, Eatery and Printing can be find at Rantigo.
But somehow you can also can find some creative service from some unique services providers that different from others.

We do not have any hidden charges but Rantigo will have charges 5% transaction fee for operation cost from the services you bought.

Rantigo do accept payment from Paypal, credit card and online banking (Malaysia bank only)

Buyers pay Rantigo for orders in advance. You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the Rantigo order page. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.

Rantigo will keep your money until marked the services you purchased as completed. The money will be refund to you once we found out there is dispute case happened between you and the seller.

We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts among themselves through the Resolution Center. You can only cancel your ordered service if freelancer failed to fulfill or deliver work as promised/described in service post or messenger. Cancellation also can be done if both parties agree to do so.

The transaction will auto mark completed after 72hour(3days). In this case, if you have any amendment on the work or not satisfied with Seller’s work, please inform seller once you received the file.
